CEM is the only company that can provide you this level of service for CEM instruments.

While we are working on a program to offer refurbished instruments through our distributors, non-US customers cannot purchase from this website. You should contact your local distributor for information regarding the availability of reconditioned instruments. CEM will not ship reconditioned instruments internationally from this site.
